With the ClaroSwiss FilterApp, we provide you with an app for use on your mobile devices. In the following, we would like to inform you about the processing of data done in connection with the ClaroSwiss FilterApp.

2 Use of the ClaroSwiss FilterApp
2.1 Except for the message function (section 3.1), the use of the ClaroSwiss FilterApp does not require internet access. In this respect, we therefore do not collect or process any personal data from you when you use the ClaroSwiss FilterApp.
2.2 The ClaroSwiss FilterApp does not use cookies or other tracking technologies.
2.3 When you download the ClaroSwiss FilterApp, some information is transmitted to the app store, including, in particular, your username, e-mail address and customer number of your account, the time of download and the individual device identification number. In addition, the app store collects further data independently and provides you with analysis results. We have no influence on any such data processing done by the app store operator and are not responsible for it. For further information, please refer to the privacy policy of the operator of the respective app store.
3 Message function and e-mail contact
3.1 If you contact us via the message function of the ClaroSwiss FilterApp, we process your name, your e-mail address, and the subject and other content of your message, to the extent you have provided such information. We also store the date and time of the contact.
If you contact us via the e-mail address set forth above, we store the data transmitted with the e-mail, including the IP address and the date and time of the e-mail.
3.2 The legal basis for the processing of the data is the user’s consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and Art. 31 para. 1 DSG, respectively). If contact is made with the intention to enter into a contract, the additional legal basis is the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a DSG, respectively).
3.3 The data will be erased as soon as they are no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, provided the erasure does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations.
4 Rights of data subjects
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored in relation to you, including, in particular, the source of the data, the recipients and the purpose of the storage of such data. Provided that the relevant requirements are met, you also have the right to request (i) rectification of incorrect personal data, (ii) erasure of the personal data processed by us and (iii) restriction of the processing of personal data.
