ACLARIS MOVES INTO ITS NEW HEADQUARTERS IN REBSTEIN

ACLARIS’s new headquarters building at its Rebstein (Switzerland) location allows the company to accommodate its steady growth and bring several departments together under one roof.

Moving into the new building not only makes collaboration and internal communication significantly more efficient, but it also takes working conditions to the next, forward-thinking level.

The new building is constructed mainly of wood, with an interior design concept based on four fundamental pillars: communication, collaboration, concentration, and regeneration.

Communication is facilitated by flexible meeting spaces, for example unassigned, short-term workspaces, seating within open alcoves, an inviting coffee area, and a larger “town hall” meeting area.

Collaboration between ACLARIS’s different departments can take place in designated areas referred to as future work zones. Enclosed focus booths and individual office spaces are available for doing work that requires more concentration. And last but not least, regeneration is possible in designated break areas on the terrace and in the outdoor area.

Stemming from the idea of creating a medium-term campus world and using the motto “Above the Clouds,” the entire interior design concept was created and carried out by the interior designers and project manager at atelier 522.

Fluid and rounded forms create an atmosphere of lightness, while glass and open spaces convey a generous and expansive sense of space.

The composition and mixture of materials – using pale wood and fabrics as well as colored glass and stone tiles to create an interesting contrast with light carpets and acoustic curtains – impart not only a pleasant warmth but also modernity. The combination of stark desks and office furniture with individual, cushioned seating elements encourages a shift in perspective and stimulates communication between coworkers.

Striking elements on the building’s second floor include a glass cube for meetings, meeting alcoves in contrasting colors, and stepped seating in the workshop area.

And thanks to its visually pleasing soundproofing concept, the entire building has been turned into a silent zone, making it possible to focus on work in any place without interruptions.

And of course, all meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art communication technology, and all workspaces can be used individually. Each employee uses these workspaces according to the clean desk philosophy, which ensures transparency and efficiency.

Welcome to ACLARIS’s campus!
